The kitchen follows the 2,850 × 900 mm stainless-steel worktop in the supplier’s offer. These four earlier views show the kitchen study before the rest of the loft was furnished.

Renders and the editable model
The finished images use AI finishing over actual Blender camera renders. Open any view and select Blender reference to see its direct render. The native scene is the editable spatial record; small material, lighting and furnishing details can differ in the finished images.
Layout, heights and furniture
The sofa is in the south bay, turned 90° clockwise to face east. It has been shifted 400 mm north for wall clearance, with the coffee table in front. Kitchen and dining occupy the middle, with the bedroom and dressing area to the north. The room envelope is approximately 9.75 × 7.47 m.
The plan leaves finished floor level to be determined. Eaves are interpreted at approximately 2.17 m above the finished floor, with a ridge estimate of 5.10 m. Parquet pattern, window profiles, lights, furniture other than the named sofa, bathroom fittings, joinery and stair details are illustrative. This is a visualization model, not a construction drawing.
Kitchen dimensions and assumptions
- Worktop: 2,850 × 900 × 40 mm, with 40 mm upstands on the left, back and right.
- Cabinets: 700 mm deep and 760 mm high. An assumed 100 mm plinth gives an overall worktop height of 900 mm.
- Welded sink: 500 × 400 × 250 mm, above the rightmost waste drawer.
- The approximate left bay widths in the offer total 1,655 mm, while the assembly is quoted as 1,640 mm. The model uses 517.5 + 605 + 517.5 mm to preserve the overall width.
- The oven, hob, tap and internal hardware are generic choices. Exact appliance cutouts and fitting positions remain to be specified.
