# Poelsnepstraat — complete loft

The full loft extends the earlier kitchen model. White walls and oak parquet continue throughout. The original OMHU TEDDY in Rust is in the **south section**, rotated 90° clockwise to face east. It is shifted 400 mm north to clear the south gable, with the coffee table moved in front of it. The middle section contains the kitchen, dining table and fitted storage, with no sofa.

Final visualizations are in `renders/`. Direct Blender camera renders are in `reference-views/`. Final images are polished with the built-in image generation tool from these geometry references, with the official sofa photograph used to guide its appearance. The exact prompt set is in `prompts/`. These artistic images can contain small material and furnishing differences; the native model is the editable spatial record.

## 3D model

- `model/loft.blend`: complete editable Blender 4.5 scene, organized into collections by room. Includes the previous kitchen cameras and eight new loft cameras. The `10_Roof_hide_for_cutaway` collection can be hidden to inspect the interior.
- `model/loft.glb`: portable model of the whole loft. Materials approximate Blender's procedural textures.
- `model/build_loft.py`: reproducible builder. Run `blender -b -t 8 -P build_loft.py`. Set `LOFT_RENDER=0` to rebuild without rendering, or `LOFT_SHOTS=01,04` to render selected views.
- `model/kitchen-base.blend`: the accepted kitchen scene used as the starting point. The earlier kitchen deliverables are unchanged.
- `model/specification.json`: dimensions, source references and assumptions. Also embedded in the Blender file.

## Sources and decisions

Architecture follows **ELEK plan 2026 03 20b.pdf**, pages 1–2, dated 20 March 2026. The kitchen follows **Lucas Coupez - 112639011_22510200900.pdf**, offer CV - 112639011, dated 22 September 2026. Original PDFs remain in the project root.

The sofa follows [OMHU's original TEDDY in Rust – 5782](https://omhucph.com/products/teddy?variant=41248910508141): 200 × 100 × 70 cm, 34 cm seat height, corduroy upholstery and chrome-plated supports. The mesh is hand modeled from official product images and dimensions; it is not a manufacturer-supplied CAD file. Reference images are retained in `references/` with their source recorded below.

The user's instructions override the sofa position in the electrical plan: it is in the south bay, not the middle bay. The north bedroom, dressing aisle, bathroom, desk location, kitchen bay and stair opening follow the plan. Furniture and fixture designs other than the named sofa are restrained illustrative choices.

The model includes the shower, vanity, WC, open bathroom doorway, bed, dressing storage, kitchen/dining, fitted middle storage, lounge, coffee table, rug, two desk positions, under-desk lighting, stair opening, seventeen modeled risers, balustrade and a schematic boiler beneath the loft.

## Approximate details

The plan explicitly leaves finished floor level to be determined. Eaves are interpreted at approximately 2.17 m above finished floor after the drawn 180 mm floor raise, and ridge height is estimated at 5.10 m from the section. Room width is about 7.47 m inside the finishes; the three bays span about 9.75 m.

Parquet species, laying pattern, lighting, window profiles, bathroom fittings, furniture, wardrobe details, door mechanism and stair winder geometry are illustrative. Stair profiles and services are not fabrication details. The kitchen retains the earlier documented 15 mm module-width reconciliation and assumed 100 mm plinth. This is a visualization model, not a construction drawing.
