# Poelsnepstraat kitchen

Four polished architectural views of the stainless-steel kitchen in the loft, with white walls and natural oak parquet.

## Images

1. `renders/01_loft_from_stairs.png` — front-left view with the dining area and pitched ceiling.
2. `renders/02_kitchen_front.png` — unobstructed full-width front view.
3. `renders/03_sink_end.png` — front-right view showing the sink end and preparation surface.
4. `renders/04_worktop_overview.png` — elevated view of the hob, worktop and welded sink.

The final images are landscape PNGs, approximately 1536 × 1024 pixels. They were polished with the built-in image generation tool using camera renders from the actual Blender model as explicit geometry references. They are design visualizations; minor material, lighting and hardware details may differ from the native model. The directly rendered 1800 × 1200 Blender views are retained in `reference-views/` for comparison.

## Editable 3D files

- `model/kitchen.blend` — full native Blender scene: kitchen, loft context, procedural materials, lights and four named cameras. Units are metres, displayed as millimetres. Open in Blender 4.5 or newer. Select a camera and render to reproduce the geometric reference views.
- `model/kitchen.glb` — portable kitchen-only model, including the oven, hob and tap. Procedural brushed microtextures are approximated by standard glTF materials; the native Blender file retains the complete shading setup.
- `model/build_kitchen.py` — reproducible model-building script. Run from Blender: `blender -b -t 8 -P build_kitchen.py`. Output location is derived from the script location.
- `model/specification.json` — source dimensions, module schedule and assumptions. Also embedded as a text block in the Blender scene.
- `prompts/render-prompts.json` — exact prompts used for the four final images; mode: built-in image generation, not API/CLI fallback.

## Sources and interpretation

The unit follows **Lucas Coupez - 112639011_22510200900.pdf**, Inoxytech offer CV - 112639011 of 22 September 2026. The room follows **ELEK plan 2026 03 20b.pdf**, the second-floor electrical plan and section A-A of 20 March 2026. Both original files remain untouched in the project root. The September offer controls the unit wherever it differs from the older electrical plan.

The model preserves the 2850 × 900 × 40 mm worktop, three 40 mm upstands, 700 mm cabinet depth, 760 mm cabinet height, 500 × 400 × 250 mm welded sink, and the five specified cabinet bays. The two drawer blocks each have one external front and a concealed internal second drawer. The dishwasher has a stainless front, and the sink sits above the rightmost waste drawer.

The kitchen fits within the plan's 2900 mm bay along the side wall. White walls and parquet were specified by the client. Roof volume, structural returns, windows and dining position follow the plan, with approximate heights where the drawings are incomplete. Adjacent loft spaces are contextual massing.

## Details requiring confirmation for fabrication

- The offer's approximate left bay widths (525 + 605 + 525 mm) total 1655 mm, while the left assembly is quoted at 1640 mm. The visualization uses 517.5 + 605 + 517.5 mm, retaining the 2850 mm overall width and both 605 mm right-hand bays.
- A 100 mm recessed plinth is assumed below the 760 mm cabinets, making the worktop height 900 mm. The offer does not state plinth height.
- Hob, oven, mixer, finger pulls and internal hardware are generic visual choices. Appliance provision and installation are excluded from the supplier's offer. The exact hob cutout and tap hole remain unspecified.
- Worktop/cabinet depth alignment, exact fitting positions, parquet species and pattern, furniture design, roof finishes and daylight are illustrative.
- The plan marks finished floor level as still to be determined. The model interprets the section's 2350 mm eaves height and 180 mm floor raise as approximately 2170 mm above finished floor; ridge height is estimated from the drawn roof pitch.

This is a visualization model, not a fabrication or construction drawing.
